Besides my children Jared and Taylor, co-founding Ro Morrison & Associates.

What life lesson did you learn the hard way? 

Sometimes we need a fresh start.  It’s difficult to move on… but once you do you realize it’s the best decision you ever made. 

What was the best book you’ve read and why?

Rising Strong by Brene Brown.  It taught me that no matter how tough life is or life gets, I can walk in my struggle and regain my footing.
